A very exciting agenda is taking shape for the Teach at this Beach Workshop! We hope you will join us at the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge for our signature event of the year. More than 78% of the Refuge is composed of coastal salt marsh, spanning 50 miles along the back bays of the New Jersey coast, from Barnegat Bay in Brick Township south to Reeds Bay, just outside Atlantic City. We will meet at or a day of hands on activities at the Refuge's Multi-Purpose Room in Galloway.
The program will have multiple sessions that are geared towards educators teaching grades 4-12+ in both formal and informal settings.

Time: 8:30 AM - 2 PM and includes buffet lunch
Cost:
- Early bird-rate (before April 10th): $65 for current NJMEA members and $90 for non-members/lapsed members*
- Regular rate: $75 for current NJMEA members and $100 for non-members/lapsed members*
*Registration for non-members/lapsed members includes a 1-year NJMEA membership.

Teach at the Beach is a rain or shine event. Some of the sessions will have outdoor components so come dressed for the weather. Finally, help us reduce plastic waste at the workshop by bringing a reusable water bottle with you.
